What we're looking for:

Are you an excellent relationship builder with proven sales track record and an excellent communicator with great phone etiquette? As a Renewal Sales Specialist - Cloud Extension, you are responsible for positioning and presenting Citrix SaaS subscription contracts within your assigned territory to your partners and customer. You are also responsible to prospect for cross-sell and up-sell product, services and cloud opportunity.

Position Summary

You are a Renewal Sales Specialist - Cloud Extension responsible for managing and closing assigned account renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota. You will drive renewals of Citrix SaaS, Subscription and Cloud opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Working with accounts in your assigned regions.
  • Manages all renewal opportunities through leveraging Citrix channel partners or directly where needed
  • Prospects consistently for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engages with Field Sales teams to develop such opportunities where required
  • Working closely with Cloud customers to ensure high adoption of the solution and collaborate internally to maximize the value of the solution for customers
  • Provides routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process
  • Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on Citrix products and solutions
  • Manages and tracks all sales stages of the renewal opportunities
  • Provides and generates quotes necessary for SaaS, Subscription and Cloud sales opportunities
  • Aligns with sales team members and partner teams as needed to close sales.
  • Utilizes CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize opportunities and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities.
  • Generates reports as directed by Management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-5 years of sales experience within the software industry
  • An excellent communicator with great phone etiquette 
  • An excellent relationship builder with proven sales track record
  • A problem solver to your partners, customers, and sales colleagues
  • An agile sales performer who can work under pressure, meeting deadlines, delivering accurate results
  • Strong written and verbal English/ Japanese/ Mandarin communication skills to cover the Asia/ India/ GC market
