You can create the vision for delivering innovative, high-quality learning solutions that instill a culture of learning across Citrix’s key customer facing teams.
You have the ability to create a learning strategy framework that can address the needs of all stakeholders and be flexible enough to support the most basic (webinar recordings) to advanced (interactive eLearning) adult education approaches.
You will drive the adoption of the learning strategy framework by communicating the benefits of the approach to our key stakeholders and training their teams on the process.
You will participate in the Quarterly Readiness Review process to insure the framework is being leveraged and instructional design best practices are being adhered to.
You have the ability to lead and inspire a team of instructional designers to create world class adult education courseware.
This individual will be responsible for setting the direction and vision for the WW Sales Enablement team’s learning strategy as it relates to educating our field teams through our online learning platforms. They will lead a team of instructional designers who build engaging and effective eLearning enablement for both our sales and technical presales teams. This role will engage with our various stakeholder teams such as Product Readiness, Sales Effectiveness, Geo Sales Readiness, Communications, Channel Enablement, Support Readiness, etc. They will provide the structure, process, coaching and vision to insure these teams are partnering with us to provide cutting edge enablement that prepares our “customers” (Sales, PreSales, Channel, Support, etc.) to effectively position our solutions to solve our ultimate customer’s business challenges.
The Director, WW Sales Enablement Learning Strategy must have a thorough understanding of instructional design best practices as well sales enablement and adult education trends. The ability to collaborate with senior leaders is a requirement. This role also requires demonstrated skills in project management, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
